This size3, handsmocked, hand-embroidered, one-of-a-kind, dress is made of 100% cotton fabric that has a mini yellow rosebud print. It is smocked in a diamond pattern of pale yellow, with accents of white and bright yellow.

In a combination of smocking and embroidery, a spring scene is centered between the many rows of smocking. "Born" on the day of President Obama's inauguration, Peace , (the lamb,) was named in honor of our new president who brings renewed hope for world peace. Standing in her favorite pasture beneath a blooming Magnolia tree, Peace spends most of her day, talking to her friend Bird, who lives in the the Magnolia tree. Surrounded by green hills and pastures and lots of newly blossoming flowers, Peace is happy to be in the country. A small rosebud is embroidered just above the ruffle of each hand trimmed sleeve as well as on the collar. The back button placket is adorned with trim to match the sleeves as well as an embroidered butterfly and two flowers.
